【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardprovidestheoverallframeworkofqualitativeandquantitativemethodsforthedeterminationofallergensandallergenicingredientsinfoodstuffsusingantibody-basedmethods.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesgeneralguidelinesandperformancecriteriaforantibody-basedmethodsforthedetectionandquantificationofproteinsthatserveasamarkerforthepresenceofallergyprovokingfoodsorfoodingredients.Othermethodsthanthosedescribedmayalsodetectandidentifytheproteins.Guidelines,minimumrequirementsandperformancecriterialaiddownintheEuropeanStandardareintendedtoensurethatcomparableandreproducibleresultsareobtainedindifferentlaboratories.ThisEuropeanStandardhasbeenestablishedforfoodmatrices.
