【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiestechnicalconditionsforinspectionanddeliveryofalloysENAW-6060andENAW-6063extrudedprecisionprofilesmanufacturedwithandwithoutathermalbarrier(seeFigures1and2)andwithoutfurthersurfacetreatment.PrecisionprofilescoveredinthisdocumentaredistinguishedfromextrudedprofilesforgeneralapplicationscoveredinEN755-9bythefollowingcharacteristics:--theyaremainlyforarchitecturalapplications;--theymeetmorestringentrequirementsregardingthesurfaceconditionofvisiblesurfaces;--themaximumdiameterofthecircumscribingcircleCDis350mm;--theyaremadetoclosertolerancesondimensionsandform.Inthecaseofprofiles,which,duetothecomplexityoftheirdesignaredifficulttomanufactureandspecify,thenspecialagreementsbetweensupplierandpurchasermayneedtobereached.NOTETheeffectofthethermalbarriermaterialonthedimensionaltolerancesiscoveredbyEN12020-2althoughtheactualthermalbarriermaterialitselfisnot(seeEN14024).
